Let Your Light Shine

Encouraging Christians To keep Busy

Proclaim the message; persist in it whether convenient or not; rebuke, correct, and encourage with great patience and teaching (2 Timothy 4:2). And “Devote yourselves to prayer; stay alert in it with thanksgiving” (Colossians 4:2).

Message from the Lord

I (Brother Glenn) received a message from the Lord just before waking up this morning (29/03/2020). I need to stress that all messages I received this way from the Lord through an audible voice and not a vision have proven to be truthful in all material respects. Remember, we have faith and operate by faith and we know that all GOOD THINGS for the good of all mankind comes from God Almighty (James 1:17).

The Lord has given the cure of this deadly disease to mankind for the common good of all. The Lord has given a specific country the ability to develop a vaccine against this coronavirus. I heard the name of this country, but it might be a symbolic name and it could be another country. We need to remember whether it be Germany or any other country, it is not about the country, but that God has heard prayer and provided the cure! Anyway, I heard the whispering voice of the Lord said “Germany has the cure”. No time lines were given but this virus and enemy of humanity is defeated in Jesus name! Brethren, we need to stress that we are in the end-times and there will be temporary relief against this before the next disaster will strike.

Also, economically, the world will never be the same and ultimately widespread famine will follow mark my words! The Lord is wakening the inhabitants of the earth because after this may people will forget and return to lawless living Take heed of God’s warnings, it is meant to save us and WATCH OUT!

Vision by Claudia (30/03/2020)

Brief note: Brethren you may have noticed that the Lord has been giving Claudia visions pertaining to His Coming and the end-times. We will therefore share it only as the Lord revealed. Some may have a symbolic meaning but it all makes scriptural sense.

In this vision, I heard a loud banging noise and thunderous lightning all around (Exodus 20:18). As I looked up into the sky, it turned very dark and the sky itself was moving violently and in different patterns as if it wants to bursts (Matthew 24:29). At once I looked towards the street and I saw multiple vehicles collisions as a result of the ear deafening sound from the sky. I immediately started praying when I saw that and the vision ended!

Divisions Hinders The Gospel

Given to the various lock downs, crowd limitations and the social distancing measures governments have taken around the world to prevent the spread of this virus, this has undoubtedly affected Christian fellowship and the spreading of God’s work on a person to person bases. Like we said in our last article, nothing should stop or prevent us from praying and proclaiming this glorious gospel.

Therefore, times like these should serve as an encouragement to Christians to use every opportunity to grow closer to God, rebuking and correcting those they know and fellowship with. From the beginning of this ministry emphasized that Christians should not become followers of man or follow a certain denominational persuasion which operates through the spirit of division (1Corinthians 3:4-9). While we acknowledge that people prefer to associate with those they are comfortable with, the Lord is against all forms of discrimination and His Spirit unify the believers in a strong bond of love (Romans 2:11; Acts 10:34; 1 Corinthians 12:11).

Being in the front line of the ministry of the gospel, we hear many sensitive Christians from various sects giving various explanations to protect and remain loyal to their dogmatic convictions. Brethren, we encourage you to abandon this pattern of narrow thinking; the gospel is sovereign, all encompassing and universal in its appeal (Ephesians 4:3-6). We are not called to build our own Churches with our followers we are simply called to make disciples for Christ and to teach them to observe the teachings of the Lord not ours (Matthew 28:19).

For a full discussion on why there are so many divisions within Christianity you welcome to read our article on Divisions.

Furthermore, times like these requires of us to share the gospel from a distance and we have platforms like this online ministry and many other well-intentioned online blogs of other selfless man and woman of God who uses their own resources knows their reward is with our Lord Jesus Christ (Mark 10:29). Therefore, if need be work on an online ministry if you are not able to use messages her or elsewhere to advance the gospel knowing that the Lord is near and He has our reward with Him (Isaiah 40:10). Additionally, we know faith operates through a spirit of discernment (Romans 12:2), therefore before we commit to just ‘forward’ a message through email or through social networking platforms it is our shepherding duty to protect the flock (the weak in faith and new babes in Christ) against false teachings (Acts 20:28).

Types Of Prayers

In some past articles we shared based on the word of God, two types of prayers. We referred to personal prayers for ourselves to keep the spiritual oil burning, families, friends, governments etc (Matthew 6:6) and ministry or intercessory prayers for various things pertaining to the advancement of ministry work, Churches, for the flock of God, governments and against the influence of the works of Satan and many other requests (Acts 1:14; 4:24; 6:4). As we alluded elsewhere on this website, our personal prayers should go out three (3) times or more daily (Psalm 55:17; Daniel 6:10; Matthew 26:44).

Fellowship

We know there are divisions in many family homes and this is very common in the godliest homes. While we know that people living in the same house often undermines and disrespects each other because we are exposed to each other’s weaknesses and mannerism. However, this should not discourage us to operate in a spirit of kindness, love, gentleness and unity (Romans 5:5).

The Lord has given us His Holy Spirit and if we resist Him and grief Him, we will not allow Him room to guide us to do the will of God in our submission and obedience to the Lord (John 16:13; James 4:7). Like I said before, my family and I unity behind the teachings of God’s Word and we know if we are to make it to heaven and co-exist as a family we must at all costs deny bitterness to take a bitter root in us (Hebrews 12:15). Therefore, a family who is determined to disregard personal opinions (judgmental thoughts) of others and who put Christ first will have the courage to prayer together; worships together and encourages one another regardless of the level of faith each possesses. Thus if you are unable to meet up with members of your church for prayers and fellowship in times like this, the people we share space with can help us change things around within us, the home and society at large through prayer and staying love.

To receive salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ, please start by praying this Prayer of Sincere Repentance, read the Bible every day, continue to faithfully seek the Lord, and take refuge in Him. For any questions or comments on this article or our ministry, please contact us.

Blessed Love
